Upflow
Upflow is an AR platform for B2B finance teams, naming the CFO, controller and AR manager. It covers AR insights and forecasting, collections outreach across several channels, B2B payments with a branded customer portal, cash application, and AI agents for collections and cash application.
Best fit: a B2B finance team that wants scope close to Tesorio's and runs on QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Accounting systems: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Pennylane and Rillet, plus Gmail and Slack.
Kolleno
Kolleno says it is "Built for CFOs, AR Managers and Credit Controllers." It covers collections, a payment portal, cash application and reconciliation, disputes, credit risk and forecasting. Its AI agents can give insights, draft work, or act on their own, at the level of autonomy you set.
Best fit: a finance team that wants collections, payments and reconciliation together, with control over how much the AI does alone.
Accounting systems: NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero and Sage.
Gaviti
Gaviti describes an invoice-to-cash platform with automated collections workflows, cash application, credit checks, a payments portal and dispute routing.
Best fit: a finance team that wants configurable collections workflows across several systems.
Accounting systems: none named. Gaviti says it "Works with any ERP or business system," so ask about yours.
Chaser
Chaser is credit control software with email, SMS and automated phone reminders, a customer payment portal, payment plans, credit monitoring and cash flow forecasting. Chaser Care adds a dedicated credit control specialist.
Best fit: a small or mid-sized business that wants multi-channel reminders, with human credit control support available.
Accounting systems: Xero, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Sage 50 UK, Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and others, plus Gmail and Outlook.
The AR Agent
The AR Agent does one job: chasing overdue invoices by email. The AI agent works from the due dates in QuickBooks or Xero, reads and answers customer replies, tracks promises to pay, and brings disputes and judgement calls to a person.
It does not process payments, run a payment portal, apply cash or forecast. If you need those, a platform above fits better.
Best fit: a small or mid-sized business that invoices other businesses, has no dedicated collections person, and wants the chasing done rather than another system to run.
Accounting systems: QuickBooks and Xero, with Gmail or Outlook.
