For CFOs & finance teams
Lower DSO without adding headcount.
The AR Agent works every overdue invoice: the follow-ups, the replies, the PO requests and the payment promises, all recorded against your books. Your team handles the exceptions.

Watch it work
Every overdue invoice worked, every day.
The agent reads your ledger and your mailbox, chases what is overdue and clears what is in the way, so collections no longer depend on who has time this week.

CFOs and finance teams
What we hear from finance teams.
The process is clear. Keeping it running when the team is stretched is the hard part.

CFO
Collections only happen when someone has time.
“Month end, audit, a hire leaving. Every time the team is stretched, the chasing stops and DSO goes up.”

Finance Director
I can’t forecast cash from a spreadsheet of who said what.
“Promises live in people’s inboxes. By the time I hear one was broken, the week has already gone.”

Credit Controller
Half my week is the same five replies.
“Send the PO. Send it to the portal. Send it to someone else. Resend the invoice. None of it needs me.”
What customers write back
The replies that tie up your team.
Most of collections is answering the same requests. This is what the agent does with the ones your team sees most.
Accounts payable, Northgate Logistics
“This invoice is missing our PO number.”
What the agent does
- Asks whoever in your team has the PO
- Adds it to the invoice in your books
- Sends the corrected invoice back in the same thread
Finance, Westbrook Health
“Please send invoices to our AP mailbox from now on.”
What the agent does
- Updates the billing contact in your books
- Sends the invoice to the new address
- Chases there from now on
Accounts, Riverbend Manufacturing
“We paid this last week.”
What the agent does
- Checks the payment against the invoice
- Finds $3,400 of $3,900 arrived
- Asks politely about the $500 still open
Controller, Ashford Retail Group
“It’s scheduled for our run on the 15th.”
What the agent does
- Records the promise and the date
- Checks the books on the 16th
- If it hasn’t landed, follows up in the same thread
Invented companies. Every email the agent writes waits for approval unless you switch on Autopilot.

FAQ
A few things you might want to know.
Which accounting software does it work with?
QuickBooks Online and Xero, plus your business email. It reads your open invoices and works the overdue ones from the mailbox your customers already know.
Does it email customers on its own?
Only once you say so. Every email waits for approval until you switch on Autopilot, and you can switch it on one customer at a time.
Does it change anything in our books?
Only what a collections conversation needs: adding a PO number to an invoice, or the billing address a customer asks you to use. Changing an existing billing contact always waits for a person, even on Autopilot. It does not create, void or credit invoices.
Can my team see what it has done?
Yes. Every email sits in your own mailbox in the customer’s thread, and each case shows what the customer said, what was promised and what happens next.
