Questions
Is this just an invoice reminder tool?
No. Accounting systems can already send basic reminders. The AR Agent handles what happens after that too: replies, payment commitments, follow-ups and common blockers.
Do I have to check every email it writes?
Only if you want to. Start by approving each email, then let routine follow-ups run on their own once you trust them. The agent writes the follow-ups, reads the replies and tracks promises to pay, and brings you anything that needs a decision, such as a dispute. If you would rather we ran it for you, the Managed plan adds our team.
Does the agent send emails automatically?
It can. Routine follow-ups can run automatically, while anything that genuinely needs judgement comes to you as a question.
What happens if a customer disputes an invoice?
The agent pauses the normal collection flow and brings the issue to the right person rather than blindly continuing to chase.
Does it replace an Accounts Receivable person?
It automates much of the repetitive AR and collections workload. Complex disputes, commercial decisions and sensitive conversations can still require a person.
What does it connect to?
The AR Agent works with the accounting system and inbox your team already uses: QuickBooks or Xero for accounting, and Gmail or Outlook for email.
Can I use The AR Agent in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. The AR Agent is in the ChatGPT plugin directory, and connects to Claude as a connector. Sign in, and ask who owes you money, why a customer has not paid, or who has promised to pay this week. It can draft a chase for you to approve in the app, and it cannot send anything on its own.
Is it safe to connect our accounting system and inbox?
The AR Agent only uses the access needed to manage collections. You stay in control of what it can do, and anything requiring judgement can be routed to you instead of being handled automatically.
